Please help first grow is she ready: autoflower

There are very little amber trics and milky ones but still little clear ones????????????????????

More amber at the top, If I chop the plants in sections would it hurt my overall yield or help it

Hey There! I haven't seen you yet, so if I was so rude as not to welcome you when you arrive, pardon me, and :welcome:.

Do you have any pics of the trichs on the bud, as opposed to the trichs on the leaves? My experience is that the trichomes on the leaves advance much quicker than the trichomes on the bud.

I also have 9 plants (Gorilla Glue #4 and Tangie) that are just harvesting. So, I've been staring at trichomes for the last 2 weeks!
 
Yup... what the others have already said... these look like sugar leaves, not the bud. Leaves are a "leading indicator," and I see mostly clear. I think you probably have a week or more to go. There is a good article in my signature about harvesting when trichs are different colours in order to experience different effects.

In answer to your other question, you can certainly harvest in stages, as a branch gets to the point that you like. Or, you can harvest at different points of ripeness to sample and see what gives the high that you want.
