new to this site, hello everyone.
The issue is my butter, I've made it numerous times without any problems but this time I wound up with about half of it not wanting to solidify. Separation occurred but its just like a slightly runny applesauce after 6hrs in the fridge.
Has anyone had this happen or can they help?
