HI Pitmaster, The Rev's new mix from his Druids edition book. My first go with amending with it in his soil that' has many amends on it with his rev2.
Thanks Carmen! Do you start in cups? I got a water stick and this soil is so loose I don't think it gives a good reading? I go crazy wondering how much water for the tiny ones in solo's. Stick says it's dry. I haven't fully watered yet. I spray the surface twice a day and if they feel too light I shoot 10 or 20 ml with a syringe as well. Guess I need to go to water stick school.
Cheers Shed! Speaking of weed and smoke reports. My wife gives smoke reports similar to yours. We shared a bowl of Mango Mousse the other day. She went in and stayed out. When I came in I asked tongue in cheekily because I was so high I was stumbling, ..get off on that? She looked at me with bloody weed red eyes and said, That's the stuff! And went on to reading her book. She loves Mango Mousse! I do too!

I start in small seedling pots that I have saved from buying herbs from the nursery and they are about the size of a solo cup. I'm sure you've seen me say that I am prewetting my soil and making it damp enough that it holds together in a fist and if squeezed will almost produce a drip. That seems to be enough moisture to keep the little plant going for a couple of weeks. I up-pot into moist soil too. It registers in the upper limits of the green zone, not into the blue. That way I don't have to worry about watering. I spray the surface too. However, it's not the wet/dry cycle so there are some questions about root size that need to be answered still.

That's what I was looking for and am finding dry after a moment. I was trusting that level of moist was ok so when I stuck the stick in and got dry it confounded me. I think there's more moisture in there but until I get used to this I'll be watching closely. Looking forward to light on today.
Good morning Gee! I don't plant straight in soil as a habit. I've been a damp paper towel person to make a tail then into a solo. I'm happy Nature hasn't forgotten how to work.Geez Stone, it's like a Daycare Center around your place!
