Plants that dont flower?

My friend/fellow grower was telling me that he has been growing this plant 3 times now. He says that when switching to 12/12 mini buds start to form however they never actually fill out. The Strain is Chronic you can check my sig for the actual specifics on the strain.

I'm worried because my babies that I have are all cloned from the same plant which has had the same problem for 3 goes around now. ( they were cloned then chopped and so on and so on)

Has anyone ever heard of this? Defect in the strain? or is it something he is doing? I doubt its something he is doing as I have been smoking his bud for about 6 - 7 months now (other plants)

M8 tell us did you ever peek in your box/room when the lights are out ?
If you did ...several times , thats your problem .
Plant's need 12 h of totaly black night ! NO light durring nap time!

have you guys tried bumping up the PK value?
try using a PK nutrient like Hammerhead from AN it might be a strain that need more PK value...

I think they are gonna get chopped as of now...(can I use them for anything? Hash? Canna Butter?)..... So I can get setup for when I get my Mazar Clones

if the plant has trichomes on it you could make butter or tincture but you kinda need alot to make this two things... so it kinda depends on how much you got from them, if anything make some keif or hash

I'm gonna throw some pictures up later. They have been in close to 48 hours of darkness... They look as if they are flowering alittle bit though... I'm not sure but when I take pictures i'm sure everyone will tell me if I can smoke it or use it for something
