Plants stopped growing - 3 weeks now

Hi,

So I had 2 plants in 10gal pots for quite a while, I noticed they slowed down growth and started to not look so good so I moved them to a hydroponic flood and drain system where I have 2 other plants thriving.

It's been 3 weeks and they haven't grown at all, they are alive and have new roots but I topped them a week ago and still nothing. Is this a side effect of root bound of some sort?

System -

Clay pebbles.
600w LWD.
Temps are fine.
E.C is 1.6

As mentioned, the other 2 in the system are growing well but they have been in there since germination.

Added an image of the plant and the new roots growth.

What were they growing in before other than 10 gallon pots?

Were they in a dirt based soil, a coco coir based soil, a Hydroton clay ball mix or just the roots in a liquid?

Whatever, they do not look good at the moment. Too much growth which looks like it was underfed is what I am seeing right now. The idea is to figure out why and the more we know to more likely someone is going to be able to figure it out.

They were in a 50/50 mix pebbles and coco, prior to that just germination.

They were hand fed as opposed to the system so they may have had less nutes in the water maybe? Would this typically take so long to rectify however ?

Looks to me like too much water/nutrients - how often are you flooding?
Flooding 2 times a day currently, but I'd say they started to look like this prior, in which I was feeding every other day.

Commented below some more details, but usually these things correct themselves by now, they seem really compacted as opposed to healthy growth, not come across this before if I'm honest.

Can't see why it would affect only one plant unless it's picked up a pathogen
My flood/drain in clay was about 10 mins every hour so I'm confused - recirculating res, yes?

Sorry, maybe I weren't clear, these were transplanted into the IWS with this symptom, I thought maybe the 10gal pot was causing an issue like root bound or something.

The other plant has been in the IWS for a while and seems perfectly healthy, it was the only difference between them.

I think maybe they have been starved of nutrients vs the others due to its size, it is slot larger than the others feeding from the res.
