Plants not really growing after 12/12

Hi guys I switched my plants 4 days ago to 12/12 unfortunately I done only 19 days veg as I am rushing with that grow they are sitting in 3 gallon pots, anyway I noticed plants don't really strech much usually I can see massive difference 2 days later it's seems like they are stunned abit also they don't drink alot of water and the roots coming on the surface. Any suggestions what's wrong ?
pH is alright, light setting same as always (clu 058 cob currently 90w sitting 20" inches above the plants).
Plants are about 7" tall only last time I watered them 4 days ago and it's seems like they really didn't drink much when they been smaller the soil seemed to dry even faster

They look a little over watered to me. How often do you water and how do you determine when to water? What soil are you using? They might just take a little longer to kick in and start stretching.

I am watering roughly every 5-7 days and I water when the pot seems light, the soil what I am using is Biobizz light mix the other idea what come to my head is cold floor temperature in the room is around 71f durning the day and 64f at night I been thinking to maybe elevate the fabric pot but will be pain in the ass to collect run off everytime eventually buy heating mat

When you first flip to flower your girls sl9w their uptake at first.
Because they are reducing light from 18 to 12 hrs they don't transpire as much, there for you have to reduce your watering amount accordingly until they get enough chemical build up to switch their make up to flower. Then they will take off.

I think part of the problem with slow growth is they aren't getting enough light. Those pots look 1/2 full & the plants seem to be sitting down inside them. Roll the sides of the pots down so the plants get more light. Plants look healthy other then slight heat stress.

Yeah if they're on a cold floor get them lifted up. There's plant risers you can buy or even a couple of wooden blocks will do. The extra airflow will help and the cold from the floor won't upset the roots as much.

What about heating mat buddy ? With the elevating pots would be abit pain in the but with cleaning runoff but sure airflow would help

Folding the pots down will also help with air flow & your soil should dry a little faster.
Hey buds I think you were the one that told me to quit defoliating ( “lollipop”) right before the flip. I wasn’t getting any stretch also. Like maybe an inch or two. Yeah I had some goofers!lol, but you were right bro. If that was you. Lol. I think it was... thank you bro!

Thanks buddy I will do
Hey brother, one other thing I been doing is not changing my veg nutrients to the bloom nutrients until about two weeks after the flip. Wait til there’s actually pre-flowers. I personally don’t like flowering a plant so early in its life but if you have time restrictions... or need to get jars filled ASAP. I get it. Buds bunny got me sorted out the other day if I remember correctly. Lol.

You can get risers that will fit in a saucer so you can still collect run off. Never used heating mats so couldn't really say. Sure others have experience with them though.

Do something like this with your pots. I never even collect the run off. It dries up in 2 days.

I've got the exact same oil pan trays from the dollar store. There isn't one left for sale anywhere in my little town.
But the grates you use though perfect make the plant sit 2" higher than the upside down 12" pans I use. You wouldn't think 2" isn't much but when you are maxed out in every direction, 2" can be a godsend. But I have to vacuum pans so its a trade off. But I think a little pre planning will allow me copy your excellent setup. And that way I'm not dragging a 50 pound vacuum back and forth full of water.

a 4' x 12" Wire Closet shelf ($8.00) makes 3 - 16" pieces which does 3 pans. 12" wide fits a 5 gal. pot perfectly. If you use a bigger pot you will probably need wider shelves. They come in multiple widths.

As I mentioned to you before, you can't rush veg. Your plants simply are not mature enough to do anything with the 12/12 light and you have confused them. Now you have probably slowed down their progress into maturity and I believe that instead of rushing them to bloom, you have now probably delayed the process.
I know @Emilya :q I played roulette couple grows ago I done only 21 days veg and the shown pistils in space of 12 days next grow I will be making around 40days veg.
Unfortunately I am still living in country where is illegal and sometimes I have to rush my grows.

Does that run off somehow affecting your rh ? My fabric pots just sitting on the floor and I let them suck back any run off usualy couple hours later it's gone but I heard it's good to elevate fabric pots for extra air under pot
