Plant too tall

My plants are going to be too high and the light will soon be under it.
Do I need to gently tie it and bend it so the top gets light?

I'm no expert, but yes...I have to tie 'em down, bend them over a bit...

Yes it is fine to do that.next time mayb try o use a screen to keep in down.like a scrog grow.well keep on keepin on.Stay safe.

I've read about the scrog method. It looks a little complicated. Can I just use a couple plants or is it the whole thing all together. I also read it was for a lack of space. I have space but the height can be a problem. I just have to top the ones that are going to be too tall. gawcrea

bending it over is like lst. I say bend her. allowin for the light to hit other parts.
