I’ve read through several threads and just can’t seem to get the answer to my cure questions.
I chopped 1 of 3 plants 5 days ago and it’s been hanging in my cellar. Temp is a steady 58F and RH is between 57-63% depending on which of the 4 hygrometers you believe.
The buds are almost completely trimmed to finish levels….no fan leaves and buds are tightly trimmed.
Earlier today a few of the bottom buds that are smaller and less dense seemed like they were drying out. I snipped a few and jarred them w/ a hygrometer. Now 7-8 hours later it reads 66% RH.
I’m guessing I should burp them maybe twice a day and leave the top off long enough to dry them out a bit. Repeat the process daily until I get to 60-62%……but what after that??
What if I jar the buds at the right time and 24hrs later the RH is 60%?? Would I do a couple short burps per day for 30days??
The buds smell amazing when you squeeze them and I’ll cure for as long as it takes to get that smell when I open the jar.
