Hahaha I agree man, I did the same the last couple times I've cloned and started seeds, but now I'm noticing that you don't necessarily need to go by the book everytime. Slight adjustments should be fine, it's just patience that we need!
 
Well fellow 420 mag members following my journal I have a good news!! Well I have one punks ass male and TWO fine females!! My second plant decided to show some pistils today so m going into bloom with two females instead of one!! Thought I would share and will do a update as soon as my teenage daughter decides to hang out with friends!! And if anyone has a teenager knows that won't b long at all!! Also clones are doing spectacular!! Especially the two that came from the two female plants!! I don't know which one will b kept as the mother yet but bloom will tell jus so so so happy to have two females instead of one!! The male will probably b pulled real soon so I can focus on the girls and don't want to b wasting nutes on a male either. But real soon will b showing my findings till that time b happy b high and keep em thriving!!!
 
That's great news! You are Doing great. They are likely different phenotypes where each one has more traits of mom or dad. That's great you will get to see which one is the best smoke. Both parents finished in ten weeks or so, I expect same with these but not certain. Make sure you pull the male before the sacks burst or you will have seedy weed.

I used to take cloning serious too. here is what I do now: I take some dirty rusty scissors that I have laying around that are so dull they can barely Cut and I hack the stem off at any convenient angle. Then I hack all the branches off of it I don't want and scrape the base of the stem with the dirty nasty scissors. Then I stick it in some cheap ass potting soil that I got at the hardware store and water.. If they don't droop then I don't give them a dome, if they do then I stick one on the one that is drooping which is not many. Nearly Hundred percent success the lazy way with no attention to anything, not even any cloning hormone ;-)
 
Thanks OG!! Yea I feel a lot of times it's a process that's over thought!! Next batch is gonna be the simple but effective cut and put in soil!! Been taking my time so I done rush the process but it's time to take it to the next level and start popping every single Jackolope seed I have! And you are so right the two females are definitely showing different traits even the fan leaves are looking different!! How is your doc bud kit doing?

Hey everybody on this amazing forum! Back after a lil while! I tell y'all life keeps me busy at all times. Don't help I work 60 hours a week and have a yard to look after and a kid and etc etc n etc. But n e ways wanted to show this journal is far from dead! Waiting for my carbon filter ( Taking forever) but supposed to b here Monday!! So let's take a look at what we r here to see!! Tonight gonna start with the clones! I already transplanted and topped my expected mother of many! Only a couple variables can change that but the growth on this plant as by far exceeded my expectations! Btw I know 100 percent it's a FEMALE!!!

So onto my favorite FEMALE plant most vigorous and future momma clone came off of!! Been extremely happy with her from the beginning!! Let's check her out! And I know she is 100 percent FEMALE!!!!

I have been very patient on this run and hope not to patient!! But Monday m 100 percent gonna throw them into BLOOM!!
Tomorrow gonna start popping Jackolope for my next run!! Can't wait this journey has been great and I only expect things to get better!! Thanks everybody for following and helping!!
