Phosphorus "tea's"

Hi Guys,

I am looking for any ''recipes" on home made tea's high in phosphorus for the flowering stage.
I am Living in S.Africa and its hard to get proper manufactured "blends"
Been told its pretty easy to make your own.

I don't really know much about teas

From what I read fruit compost is high in phosphorus especially banana peels. Banana peels are really high in phosphorus and potassium and break down fast. Im sure google can find some recipes. If im not mistaken ehow had some good stuff on diy fertilizers. hope this helps gl
