PH problem?

Help!!!
Short internodal length, stunted growth, dark green new growth that is twisted and wrinkled, petioles are normal color and older leaves looking fine.
Im leaning towards lockout of nutrient/s due to ph. Pen will be here Wednesday.
Soil is mostly dried manure with some peat/potting mix.
About to repot ALL in potting mix, flowering time is close and we need this crop to yield a decent crop for our meds.
Happening to established plants and new clones. Root growth is great, btw.

Its a thorough guide, but my girls arent falling into any one category. Its summer solstice and they still put out pistils, and some are revegging. They'll be fine, was just curious.
