pH Help

Hello, I am using a top drip recirculating system, with coco fiber medium, and House and Garden nutrients. I apply my nutes to clean quality water, I adjust the pH to 5.6 - 5.8, then I water twice a day for 10 min. My problem is that I can't seem to keep my pH down. It rises almost 1.0 a day. What can I do to keep this down?

first you need to identify why your ph is rising.

rising ph can be a worry, becasue it could be the start of slime. how clean is your res? does it have a slime or film on the sides? whats the temps of it?

but it could also mean nothing. Hydro requires daily adjustments, and shouldnt be used when you cant check it every day. as plants eat nutrients out of the water, the PH typically rises.

if you can supply as much info as you can, i can try to help see if you are on track, or if its from a problem that could be starting
