PH EC Rising falling chart

can some please explain the chart my ph is static ec is rising 2.2 1.2 going in I changed run off tray 2 days ago according to the chart i should feeding more but i have nute burn now. I hand feed 1.5ltrs each one every day I thought with it raising it would be a build up as ec is rising if it was eating more would ec not be lower. the chart also says note 2 at the end cant find it also how would i no if water level is falling or static or would that be impossible to no with hand watering because it could be feed more or feed less

Everything is good I found out what it was i only sucked water out of tray I never scrubbed so there was salt in there still
