Word up Lester. I think it's getting better, for the most part. Makes me laugh a little to myself. The other night I was trying to describe my impressions of BC God Bud. My wife and I are in agreement. I think "musky attic", she says "cat piss". Yeah, Indica cat piss. I'd already told her that I'm ditching that strain. Sure as, er...cat piss, everyone wants some. Go figure.:high-five:

Hello Josh. I was sitting here thinking how to get a load of 2 litter soda pop pots being we don't drink soda & the can collectors hit the recycling garbage cans nearly as soon as Supers put them out. All I need do is go to the Supermarket by the refund machine and give the can collectors a dollar for every four bottles. Simple but brilliant!

That'll resolve my real-estate issues & soon my tents will look like yours. That's probably minus those lovely buds though... :laughtwo:

The guy I learned this from suggested hitting up the recycling bins to acquire the 2 Liters. My town doesn't even offer recycling. Pretty sad that all the garbage goes straight to a land fill. And they call this the Evergreen State.

I too don't drink soda so I ended up buying all mine from Wally World. Their store brand was around $.50/2 Liter. Twice I filled up a cart with nothing but soda. "My daughter is having a huge slumber party for her 13th birthday." was the line I used when asked. I don't even have kids.

Last I looked they didn't even stock two liters anymore. I tried having friends save them for me but of course I didn't get one freebie. I figured that was an investment I was willing to make.

Don't attempt to put them through the dishwasher though. I ruined about a dozen trying that. The heat distorts them.

I'm contemplating, when I ditch the tent and buy a 1000 watt light, going back to the 3 gallon. trash can Hempys. I now have room to veg them for a while. Could prove interesting. But for now, with the exception of the Kerala Krushs, it's going to be 2 Liters. Pretty hard to argue the results.

In this city it's not really like that. No-one pays attention to things as minor as that. The collectors stand in line at the plastic & glass machines. I'll probably have one of them yell "Yo! I'll give you 8 for a dollar" :rofl:
 
People can be pretty nosy around these parts. Just part of living in a small town.

A few months ago, while in the old house, I trimmed up quite a bit of medicine. While it was drying a neighbor was convinced there was a skunk around. The guy is disabled from brain trauma so he doesn't really know what's up. Thankfully there are a lot of skunks around here. Still, freaked my wife out.

Apparently I have a new neighbor. I've never met him. I never will. This new guy has told some neighbors that I'm a dealer. Just not the case but that really freaked my wife out. Not sure how this guy came to that conclusion. I have no smell or light leaks. Rarely do we have guests.

Oh well.
 
Wow, that's cheaper than the machine pays! NYC recycling machines pay out I believe 10 cents cents a bottle
 
Not a lot to report. I think I have this technique dialed in to the point that it's become "boring".

I have a dozen plants finishing up. They will be coming down any day.

I moved the four un-clonable Kerala Krushes into the flowering tent. Each one is in a gallon container with soil less potting mix. They are about a foot above ground. I hope they don't stretch and take over. I currently have around 4'-6" of vertical space to use.

The clones are ready to be taken out of the cloner but they will remain there until I conduct the next harvest. I only have so many 2 Liters. I think I'll stick some in the 3.5 gallon trash can Hempys and let them hang out in veg. My only concern is that for some reason my plants don't like the Botanicare Kind 'veg" recipe. When I was holding mothers in Hempys I'd get some sort of deficiency. I think if I put 2 tablespoons of Osmocote Plus in with the perlite/vermiculite I outta be alright.
 
Those next 12 plants still aren't ready. I'm a bit confused because these plants came out of the same initial batch. I've harvested something like 20 in the new house. "The scope don't lie" and all that. But it's like they are putting on new growth when it's the end of their life cycle. I'm getting more and more foxtailing. My mothers aren't that old. Only thing I'm doing different this round, other than the new house, is I'm using a el-cheapo 600 watt HPS bulb. Most likely, I believe, there lies the problem.
 
Are you maybe gonna be mixing up your growing style soon then if your at the point its getting boring? ?

I want to go bigger. My two basement bedrooms have suspended acoustic tiles for the lid. Lots of pipes and 220 wires in those joists.

My long term goal is to turn one into a dedicated flowering room, use the other for veg, That's what I am currently doing, but using tents-not the whole room/s capacities.

I tried hard to get some lighting manufactures to sponsor a new journal but there were no takers.

Slow but surely I'm coming up.

I brought up five Holy Grails. Mathematically it works out to 5 Two Liters/sq ft. This is my representation of 12"X12"

I've totally adopted your 2 liter soda pop pots. As I said I would, I went by the recycling machine and as soon as I said "can someone give me six 2 liters for $1" the next thing I heard after someone said yes was "I can give you 10 for $1!". Little did know those machines pay-out 5 cent a bottle.
 
oh btw I got more holy grail kush seeds
even tho there aren't any regular seeds for it when I get the right phenol im gonna clone it and fem seed it
 
I'm still loving my pheno, CHH. That's good thinking on your part. Sometime down the road I'd like to make some femmed seeds. I'd like to do some crossing. Maybe Holy Grail Kush combined with one each of the following; Purple Kush, Critical, BC God Bud, and Blue Blood. I think it would be a good way to keep things interesting. Heck, I may hit on something good.

I'd also like to cross my purple Kush with BC God bud. They are both purple colored with really fast finishing times. I think that would be another interesting cross. :Namaste:
