Harrisburg, Pa. — The state Health Department says it expects to publish temporary regulations for medical marijuana growers and processors on Friday.
The regulations will outline the financial, legal and operational requirements needed by an individual to be considered for a grower/processor permit, as well as where facilities can be located.
Temporary regulations for dispensaries will be published on the Health Department's website. Public feedback is open until Nov. 4
The medical marijuana program was signed into law by Gov. Tom Wolf on April 17.
