Peace, Blessings and Lot of smoke

I am new to 420 Mag, I smoked in my late teens (off and on) until my mid 20's and I just wanted to say hello to my new family. I am 36 yrs old, a cancer survivor since 2010 (but many complications post surgery with pain, constant swelling and arm weakness/mobility. I have bouts with seizures (Grand Mal) since my late teens. So I have been pretty much through the ringer with physical therapy, doc's, and lots of medicines and still no ease. I am recently in the midst of relocated to AZ. so if anyone has any advice please feel free to share it with me.
