Partial Emergency - 1.5 Month Veg

Whats up 420mag folks,

Lets cut to the chase.... i found a bag seed sprouted it yada yada, its been going for a month and a half or so and the bottom leaves are wiggin' me out. The rest is looking beauty but what is going on?

Black Gold Organic potting soil ( worm castings etc)
Iv been ph'ing the water i use to beetween 6 and 7.
Used 20-20-20 nutes about 2.5 weeks ago and used 24-8-16 nutes(as directed by so and so) a few days ago.

Any clue whats happening?

Iv gotten some mixed messages some saying phosphorus or magnesium but its tough to say because im a major noob.
What would epsom salts do for me?
