pan dry?

ok im just about to harvest and i was wondering can i trim all the leaves off and then lay the buds on a pan and put them in a dark place with a fan on them to dry? i do not have a place large enough to hang them.

does anyone know another way to dry besides hanging them thats not hard?

It would be better to use a screen instead of a pan, but it could work. You could even use the paper bag method.
