Want to Quit

I am tapering off Hydrocodone & switching to Medical Mary for chronic pain, have health problems, sick of the pills, weed works MUCH better. Amazing stuff. Problem is I cant handle the WD's going cold turkey. I made it one day & couldn't take it even while smoking. Tapering off the pills with help of smoke is WORKING. 
Here is my problem. I have pain clinic appointment in 11 days, hopefully LAST appointment, not smoking at all until after appointment, sometimes they test urine sometimes they don't.
I purchased a bottle of the liquid Puriclean to drink morning of appointment. Im 5'7 and underweight due to my illness. Any advise, input or info greatly appreciated!!
If I test positive for THC I will be dismissed
