Harrisburg, Pa - The state health department will release temporary regulations for growers, processors and dispensaries Friday.
There will be legal, financial and operational requirements. There are also parameters on where facilities can be located. For example, dispensaries must be 1,000 feet away from schools or daycares. Visitors must be informed they will be under video surveillance. Also employees must be at least 18.
It may be another year before Pennsylvanians can get medical marijuana.
