Oxy Cloner!

Need a little advice my friends. I just purchased a new 20 site oxycloner and I have a question. The directions say that you can submerge your cuttings in the water or you can also keep the 1/4 inch above the water. If anyone has used this can you tell me which method is most successful?

Looks like it is a bubble type cloner ,I would keep them 1/4" above the water.
But if you want to experiment put a few above and a few below see what works best for you
