Overwatered?

These looked overwatered so I stopped watering until the soil looked bone dry and I lightly watered. If I have an overwatered plant should I be letting the soil dry out

Could be watering issues but with so little info it's hard to know.
What kind of LED and how many watts? How close is the LED?
What kind of nutes if using any? How often are you feeding?
Temperature & humidity readings?
PH readings?
What kind of dirt are you using?
This is all valuable info when searching for help with plant issues.

How the soil looks can tell you nothing about whether it is time to water. Lift up the container, and if you can feel any water weight at all... it is NOT time to water.
