Outdoor weed for dry ice hash

So I have an older buddy who grew a monster plant outdoors for his yearly stash building up. Unfortunately he was unable to harvest it before a rain storm hit and soaked the buds. This resulted in some of the buds picking up some white fuzzy mold in the inside of the bigger buds while drying. He relies on this harvest to help get him through the year and about half of it has already been thrown out due to mold issues.

I'm trying to go through the rest for him because he doesn't have great eye sight and I have a digital loupe to look close up on the buds for mold. He is thinking of making dry ice hash with a fine micron bag with what's left because he doesn't want spores/mold to survive. I'm really not experienced in any of this process or outdoor plants but I don't know if this is even an option.

I know that the best thing is probably to just throw it all out but I can't support most of his consumption needs. He's looking for his best options and I figured there is more experience here than anywhere. Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Should be fine if you wash the bud in H2O2, then rinse in distilled water
All the shit fizzes off the bud and the rinse clears any remnants
It's not 100% ideal but it's a salvage job

Even with the dried bud? I wasn't sure that after it's dried I could do that. I really think if he can get it clean enough then dry ice the crap out of he's be happy with nice hash. I still have about 2lb left to go through and am figuring I'll throw out about half out of because the thick buds are mouldy

H2O2 will oxidise any mould or remnants without affecting trichomes so I don't see why not
