well that is what i had to take to get the job i have now and believe me when i say i smoke everyday but i stoped 2 weeks before i took that test and to my surprise i passed but i thought i was going in for a piss test and i had drunk some detox for that i dont know if that had anything to do with it i think that test is the least effective

it depends on if they do the swab or you do, if you do the swab with the cutip (spelling) then its easy, i smoked the day before and passed because i brushed my teeth for ten mins and used mouth wash for awhile, both those techniques aren't fullproof but will help, if you have to do the swab yourself just get it wet by putting it on your teeth and not your cheek
