Even if you're at work and not currently high, there's a good chance you're going to have a laugh while watching this new commercial from Briteside, an Oregon-based marijuana delivery service.
Whether you're a stressed mom or a dad in search of his groove, the ad should hit a nerve. And if you're neither of those things, than just appreciate Briteside's parody of the countless pharmaceutical ads which you've seen on television.
"Briteside offers an extensive menu of strains and products to meet your needs," the voiceover says. "Choose the experience you want, and we'll send you the dankest herb. The real sticky icky. ... If you like what we send you, keep the whole jar. We'll even include some nugs for you to blaze."
According to dopemagazine, Briteside launched Tuesday and is partnering with local dispensaries in Portland, Bend and Ashland, Ore., to deliver medical and recreational cannabis directly to customers. In-store pickup is also an option.
The service allows for individual orders or a Discovery Box, which is a recurring delivery service that introduces customers to new menu items.
The ad even includes the rapid-fire listing of side effects – which could include euphoria, increased appetite and uncontrollable giggles.
"Ask your doctor if cannabis is right for you. It probably is."
