So...I did some thinking and took your opinion to heart and got a 900 watt led. Here’s what things look like before I set it up. Light is 6 inches from the top of the plants and the heat is negligent. Do you think I will notice a difference in the grow rate?

6 inches seems a little close for veg
 
Thx Emilya. Should I bump it back to 12 or 18 inches?
 
there doesnt seem to be a standard in these new led lights, so I don't know. My 1000w recommends 12-15" for veg, 8-12" for flower... I think we all need to figure out what each of our lights will do
 
I bumped it to 12” and will monitor. Thx for your observations. :)
