Im definitely going to wait til i have 70 percent hair change hope its not 2 weeks lol thank you

Why hair change

Where did u hear this

Trics tell the story, and when no white hairs are showing is a sign, not sure where the 70% came from

I also agree easily 2 more weeks

Lol HOLLOWEEN LOLOLOL that puts total days of flower at over 86 days now i know your messing with me
Depending on what your growing, 86 days can be quite reasonable. The Jack Herer I grew a few years ago spent 90 days in flower before the trichomes went amber enough to harvest. Can you get in closer with a magnifier loupe or micro lens to check the color of the individual trichomes? Here's a pic that I took when they started to get cloudy.

I just harvested 2 Jacks this weekend that called for 7-9 weeks. I flipped July 4th so roughly 11 weeks is when they finally turned 10-20% amber trics. It was about 2 weeks after the whites pistols stopped producing. I’m with 2-3 weeks. After the white pistols stop producing, start checking in natural light. Sugar leafs with go amber first, but you want to look at the actual bud.
Cloudy=energetic Amber=lazy

I was thinking harvesting in 3 to 4 days depending on hair count? Your thoughts would be appreciated

Step back away from the loppers. lol

Whats this hair count you speak of?

Well its a week later, you should take some more pics and we can better advise.

Ripeness does have something to do with pistol color and calyx shape but for a new grower you need to look at trichome color for clear - cloudy - amber.

Some strains don't get amber but all cloudy is a good sign to harvest. You aren't that far off in a few of your pics. Looks like you have more than 1 plant so they can finish at different times. Mine always do. Even the same strain from clones they can be a few days to a week apart.
