Hey OMM, what's up with the curling leaves on these three?

Hi Kushie. Damned if I know. I have given them what I thought would help, but no help. Tried three different things. Will keep looking for the answer. You have any ideas? They are still growing like crazy, but curling. I may just flush them and see what happens.

maybe ph OMM

I haven't checked ph in years, that's why I use RO water. I don't even think I have a meter. I'll flush them tomorrow. Thanks cronic.:high-five:

i just figure id mention it cause not all plants are happy in that happy middle point for soil
same with hydro i guess
some strains like it a little more acid or alkaline

The only thing that has changed from last time I grew the China Yuman is the soil. I'm using Ocean Forest this time and it's hot.

Hey OMM

I think your girls look great, the few that are curling could be because of the happy frog. If is the happy frog a basic flush won't help... you will need to add Epsom to counter the hot soil

The Story Continues………………………………….……........…………The Punishment.
.

Well the XO kept his word. He came over with his plan on Monday morning to tell us the news. I have to give him credit, he had done his homework.

He started off by asking us if we knew that Fort Monmouth had thousands of civilians working there and that they also needed 8 hours of EO training each quarter. Actually no, we didn't know. Starting the next week on Monday we would fill the Base Theater with 500 people and give them 4 hours in morning and 4 hours in the afternoon, everyday except Fridays. Many civilians were off on Friday..

So we started the next Monday. Poor Sam hated talking to large groups. His blood pressure would go through the roof and after a couple of months he collapsed in the Theater while speaking. He never came back to us and was medically discharged a few months later. We called the OE school and soon as they ran another class, they would send us someone. Everyone was needed where they were.

A couple of months later the XO came in and walked over the Captain and called us to attention. He walked over to the Captain and removed his Captain bars and replaced them with a Majors emblem. Then saluted him and shook his hand. He also told him to be in the Officer Club that night. He was having a party. The XO left and we hugged each other. It was a good day for us teaching wise. The new Major called his wife at noon and told her to get ready for the party that night.

The Story Continues…………….............…..What else I was up to during this time.

Hi Buckshot. It's not wonderful Happy Frog, it's the hot Ocean Forest. We think alike, the first thing I did was give them Epsom Salts. Didn't work. Damn it. If they are still funky after the flush, I'll just let em grow and see what happens. The China Yuman isn't all that bad anyway. I have more seeds anyway. Since things are hard for me now it's just not worth effort. Plant more! Want to try some Cindy 99 anyway. :high-five:

No excuses, it was very wearing on me.

Later on in my life I taught night and day, but loved it.

I looked around and found this discussion about curling leaves: Leaves curling up: Is it Mg defeciency? Input needed I hope it helps. :goodluck:

Also, don't you use OC or OC+ in your soil? If so, what good would flushing the soil do if all the ferts are time release?
:hmmmm:
