Hello from Oz. Six weeks into first time grow and learning as I go , which is not recommended, although so far the three sisters are thriving and just turned to bloom. I stumbled upon this site when asking about running grow and bloom lights together. There doesn’t seem to be much difference when they’re on together but the general consensus seems to be YES for both lights on. Always learning and grateful for info.
