Ok tech guys - Important questions about all these grow LEDs plus the new tech ones

Alright, at first there were really low powered leds. 1 watt ones are ok if you have enough and MOST have crappy drivers that "underdrive" the leds, making them not as bright as they should be, but saving on light and a little more efficient and also saves on energy. Now they have 5w and 100 leds, who knows what's next. But my question is about these new "full spectrum" leds that supposedly resemble the sun, and even have the same color. Are these better then an led with red blue uv and ir, or the same???

I'll say the natural spectrum is definitely easier on the eyes and it's what the plants have evolved to love so anything else is evolving the plants in different direction but the blurple spectrum does work well and makes for frosty plants but grow a lot different under it probably adapting to light
