Odd new growth? Normal?

It seemed like the buds were just about to finish growing taller, but I woke up this morning and notice all these huge pistills sitting on top of the buds. Does this seem normal?

I read an advice from an expert, and notice i quote him :
Pestiles and trichs come in waves
So it's normal to c new Pestiles like those on ur lady and she would look white again instead of amber due to new wave of growth

Yes they will just come out of no where, they are making their last attempts at producing seeds.

I cut down significantly on the nutrients this last watering, I wonder if that may have triggered it.

I've seen that a LOT. That bud should get about twice the size. It has at least 2 weeks left because of those. That happening is all based off genetics, you are doing great!
