Odd coloring of leaves

Hello. I noticed this on my plants about 2 days ago and seems to only be worse. No idea what the problem may be?

The plant are grandaddy purple fems from fatman
Using a 300w led light
2x2 tent
6" duct fan
Using fox farm ocean forest soil
Distilled/RO water
No nutes used as of yet as they've been growing well.
Planted in cups but will be transplanted tomorrow to 5 gallon smart pots.

I think they're rootbound...
Those plants are way too big for those cups-but you're fixing it tomorrow,so they'll be fine.
The discolored leaves won't heal,but they shouldn't get any worse,either

Right on. Yea this is only my 2nd grow, i figured they had to be root bound thats why i am transplanting them. Just never saw that before within the leaves, i just got back from getting ocean forest to put them in tonight. My kryptonite and white rhino seem to be doing very very well.
