WHAT: City Council to vote on permanently banning Medical Cannabis Dispensaries

WHY: The ban has been continued from a September 27th city council hearing so that the public can provide input. The City Attorney Dick Jones accumulated information from the Narcotics Division of the Los Angeles Police Department that showed changes in crime patterns in districts in which dispensaries operate. Please show up and stand up against the attack on safe access and speak against the ban!
