here we are in an economic collapse, wars abroad like mad, and we spend time, manpower, and money to shut down pot shops which are stimulating the economy, providing jobs, and keeping money from drug cartels...

all because big pharma has it's hands on the government to do what it needs to keep profit.

But, the acceptance of marijuana will eventually prevail. The evidence for the medicinal properties of cannabis is now overwhelming. There are reams of peer reviewed studies and articles that support its efficacy. On a related issue, the latest Gallop Poll shows that 50% of Americans favor legalization, up from 46% last year. We're sure the latest polls regarding support for its medicinal use show even higher percentages. The trend is clear, the numbers will only go up. This is how last gasps play out - entrenched government bureaucrats who've had a stake in this battle their entire careers now doubling down in a losing effort. And, no doubt, big Pharma plays a role, as well. It's an uphill battle, but.... :icon_cool
