Nutrients Problem

One of my seedling is has dark green leaves and is curling down, too much nitrogen I believe
and one of them has a leaf with a burnt tip, it's tip is burnt and curling down
I haven't used any nutrients , the soil is outdoor soil, it's rubbish, I will get some good soil for my next grow but I want these seedlings to survive
If I just leave them as they are will they grow and eventually use up the nutrients?
I flushed the soil of the seedling that has burnt tips, I will flush it again in a few days probably

and i moved my seedlings closer to my cfl lights, The one of them got bleached, I moved them lower, will the bleached seedling survive now that it's further away from the lights?
4x35W - 2400 lumens per cfl

It's probably impossible to answer your question re the nitrogen rich soil- except to say that people commonly have problems with seedlings doing poorly in soil which is too hot, and usually the seedlings eventually struggle through, sometimes with the help of flushing, to grow a bigger root system and thrive. It depends on how rich the soil is.
Transplanting is an easy and safe option if it's not improving.
The one with a burnt leaf should be fine.

Look in to a mix of happy frog and light warrior next time. I personally use promix hp with the go box from general organics just a few options that both have high success rates!

Now all three of them are showing nutrient burns :/
I give up, next grow I'm definatly getting some better soil
When I water barely any water comes out the bottom too, I knew this soil wouldn't work
But at least I know my grow box is working :)
The plants grew untill first set of true leaves appeared and then all three of them showed nutrient burns
I'll keep them in the box untill they are truely dead, Hopefully one will survive

I made a terrible mistake investing all my money in the lights, fans, etc. Providing a good environment is as important as providing a good growing medium, but I bet once i get some good soil I'll finally grow my first budding plant :) :cheer:

Oh sure, I would think so. I'm not sure what they look like now, but they are tough plants, and really don't mind being transplanted at all in my experience. Get some decent soil- with perlite, and no nutes or very little nutes in it, and relocate them and I think they'll be fine, unless they are almost dead already. :thumb:
