Nutrient questions for noob

I am using fox farm nutrients. I am only supposed to feed them once a week right? Or do I mix the nutrients in with the water and use that water every day? Also, if is distilled water a good way to go for watering? Thanks for all the help.

Feedings should be every other water as per Fox Farms. See what your plants like, different strains have different preferences.
You can use Distilled, R/O water is best tho. But you can use tap water, just sit it out uncovered for a nite.

The only time my plants have no food in their water are flushes.... Something is in it everytime.. Distilled is good, you just need to drop the PH a half point or so, which the GB should do..

Dro Jo forgot to elaborate since you are a noob, R/O is water that has went through Reverse Osmosis. It is a little better than distilled but it all gets spendy buying good water by the gallon, you are better off with a filter on your tap.
