Nutrient amount

I cannot find this anywhere using search. When I feed my plants, do I fill medium with nutrient solution the same way I do when I water? Let the solution run through the medium til it runs out the bottom of the container?

Yes only using about 1/4 strength to 1 gal. of water,,thnx DR

Whats your medium?

I like to saturate pot thoroughly enough to get about 20 percent runoff out of the pot.
