Has the leaf been sprayed with water or got nutes on it?
If lower leaves are losing green- likely calmag deficiency. Easy fix.

I put 5ML of calmag in a gallon when I fed but i only gave my plant half a quarter of the gallon
How many oz of nutes mixed in a gallon should I feed?
That's enough even if you only feed them a little of it. It needs to be diluted or you will burn her up. Just keep at if for now but more questions. Size, what size pot is it in? How old?

I think a 3-4 gallon pot not sure don't remember bro.
And she is 29 days old from seedling
If it's 3-4 gallon pots- just wait until dry then fill till drain. It will be more than enough nutes.
