Nooby question about LED Panel COB 200W

Hey gang quick nooby question here. I have 1m x 1m tent, thats 2m in height. Do you think that a LED Panel COB 200W would be enough for 3-4 plants in this tent size? Ty yall <3

22 watts per sqrft, and thats if its REAL wall watts.

Keep in mind the Samsung strip led lights as well. Either prebuilt by hlg or folux, or build your own
