Next light purchase? Quantium board? Help

I am looking to purchase new lights for my next grow. Grow area is 3x3 ish. I am almost sold on buying a 135 quantium board from HLG. I just wanted to know if anyone has any suggestion or comments to why I should or should not buy this?

If I were to buy one for flower and veg should I do 3k or 4k?

4 k I belive is better for flower and 3000 should be good for both if not mistaken.

Two of those lighst in a three by three will do good they have a dimable feature so you can increase light power as flower comes just don’t run it full blast . My thinking
