Newbie Question on when to harvest

Hi(gh) all! I am very much new to growing- but, it has been so much fun watching the babes do their thing!

I have a few plants that appear ready to harvest but not 100% sure. I am wondering if I posted a few quality pics, if someone out there could offer me advice?!

When your plants are ready to harvest they will dramatically slow down their drinking so that's the first sign to look for. Then all of the white hairs should darken and crinkle in. Only then then do I start looking at trichomes.
