Newbie - I can't find the right forum for my questions

I am too chicken to make RSO but I want to make the most potent infused oil as possible. I've made some on my own with not impressive results. I'd love to do rosin someday (I guess I need to buy a pricey press?) but for today, all I have is high-potency bud, lots of different oils, and a deep desire to make the most efficient infusion.

So, which forum do I go to?

The Cannabis oil forum says it is for RSO

I have no idea what the Tinctures forum means...solvent?

I make herbal tinctures all the time but I I don't know if cannabinoids are more soluble in alcohol or oil.

Help!
