Im doing 4, yeah i love that strain too. There 30days in ready to flip soon waiting on recovery from clipping....No photos as waiting on a new phone cam has seen better days lol...running 5 gallon fabric pots ,stands to keep them off the ground a lil bit...bloom plus led...trying foxfarm ocean forest stright up no mix....ive read good n bad with ff but its a live a learn world
Does this mean you are just using water - no fertilizer? Or that you just didn’t add anything else to the FFOF?

They are not correct. That nutrients in that soil might last a month.
There are several good alternatives for fertilizer - check the 420 Sponsors.
Myself, I like something simple and cheap - Jack’s, MaxiGrow, or Mega Crop all fit that.

Welcome @Jeremys . I use that soil straight from the bag too. The nutes in the soil will last about 3-4 weeks & then you need to start adding some nutes little by little till you're at full strength.

Hey thanks for the input...yeah im gona start adding a lil ff grow big....im seeing alot of folks that use ffof are using cal mag as well you use that?...im reading that the mag falls away and locks them up...now im using tap water letting it sit overnight then ph down it to 6.5 sound like the right track?...
Grow Big isn’t bad - not the best - not the worst. The best advice I can give is to know what’s in your water. You might not need to supplement calcium and/or magnesium. And to use a fertilizer that provides complete nutrition - including micronutrients. Start with a weaker dose, watch the plants, increase when you start to see lower leaves get paler. And we’re here to help.
6.5 is the high side of pH for nutrients in soil. pH naturally climbs up so if you pH closer to 6.3 as the pH climbs it goes through all the pH levels that are needed for each nutrient to be absorbed. Ca & Fe may get taken up at 6.3 & Mg may get taken up at 6.4. So better to shoot for the low end & let it climb. The soil also has Dolomite Lime in it which helps control soil pH.
As Felipe said, you may or may not need Cal Mag. Depends on your water. I've always added about 1 ml. per gal. during Veg & 2 ml. per gal. during flower. Haven't had any issues doing so.

With fox farm or something else? But then again does it even matter as its a month old....in need for nutes now

With Epsom salt to supplement the magnesium my water lacks. Be advised that there are at least 4 versions of MC now. I am still using up my initial 10 keys of V1, which is lower in K and Ca than later versions, but it works for me.
Oh, are you asking if it’s FF soil? No, that was in ~20 gallons of perlite.
