New to the growing game help!

[High times]

Hey guys I'm new to this brought seeds from
Herbies headshop and they got through!!!

Just wondering if these 2 plants look healthy
And what not

1st is pine apple chunk about 2 weeks old
2nd is diesel about 3-4 days old

Both on 400w lamp at 15hr light 8hr dark . Unsure if that's okay
But they have been growing ???
No fans as of yet waiting till there bigger ??

Any help would be awsome as new to this
But seems to be okay atm
