I'm new to Seattle and new to 420mag. Just wanted to say hello! Looking to make some friends in the area with the same interests. So far this state is amazing - sure beats Florida!

Coming from an area that is entirely below sea level to a place that is all about being at random levels above - it's an alien world to me, but it's still an amazing state. Every time I look out and see Rainier it blows my mind.

Welcome to 420, such a peaceful and informative site. I saw Florida was having a HEAT WAVE!!

You've found a very helpful site, well versed in knowledge about growing, legalization, medical uses, and even info on cooking with herb! Indoor, Outdoor, Soil, or Hydro (I'm a bubbles grower) CFLs, or HID lights, it is ALL here!

And the most helpful MODs you've ever met! Just ask one or any member here for guidance! Look for The Butcher, Green007, or Mostly Crazy, they are very knowledgable. OldMedicineMan has a great thread of information too!

The home Page is divided into Forums with Topic Titles. Those Forums are divided into THREADS, and those THREADS are divided into POSTS. You started a THREAD in the Forum INTRODUCE YOURSELF and the replies are additonal POSTS in your THREAD.
I wish someone had explained that to me my first day.

Thanks for the welcome! Usually Florida will have a heat wave from about April until November. Seattle just had their summer heatwave come through for the last couple days. I think it peaked out around 88 degrees.
