Hello Friends, the Doctor here. We have a couple of new products this week that you might be interested in. They are Zkittlez & Gorilla Alien. We've been getting a lot of requests for Zkittlez and it is finally here. Gorilla Alien is a mash up with our popular selling Gorilla Glue and Alien Technology. I hope you will like these.

I'm only posting to add my thanks to Blew Hiller's. Thank you for being a sponsor on my favorite Internet forum and virtual second home! And also to agree with CookieMonster420. I recently visited your website out of curiosity, read about a couple of strains that interested me... and then found myself spending several more minutes just looking at the artwork on many of your strains' tins. Please give your artist a pat on the back from me. The genetics (and reputation of the breeder, I suppose) sell the strains - but I suspect that your tins will sell a few more .

Blockbusters is still alive? thought they closed. Ice Pirates (low quality) is available online to watch and download. campy funny movie.

I want to address a couple of your issues. First and foremost we apologize if you feel you were given a bad service experience. We have been a bit busy due to the Spring rush and your complaints seem to stem from that.

I would like to pin to the top of this response that you ordered on the 19th and received your order in full on the 25th. I will leave it up to the reader to decide if they think this is terrible or not.

Here are our responses to your specific concerns:

1) You complained because one of the three tins did not have a label. I am sorry this made you upset. This rarely occurs if we run out of labels. I assumed you would rather get your package faster than see your order delayed. In your case, since we were already in a short backorder situation I told shipping to ship one tin without the label because I felt that was in your best interest.

2) You complained because your order was slightly delayed. This was because we were backordered on Northern Lights. I have two points to make about that:

(a) We indicate on our website when a strain is backordered. You ordered it despite the notification, or did not see the notification.

(b) We indicate in our terms of service that in a backorder situation we do not contact the client if the backorder is expected to be less than a week. You ordered on the 19th and received your packet on the 25th. We apologize for the slight delay. But I want to point out that it was a slight delay.

(c) Even though we have it in our terms of service that we do not send notices in the event of a backorder we actually did notify you on the 20th, the day after you ordered. In other words, you were immediately notified along with an explanation and were given an opportunity to substitute.

3) You complained that you were brushed off. We get a lot of emails and are sometimes brief in responses. But we do respond fast. Also I think your report of how we responded is not accurate. I am going to copy and paste unedited relevant responses to you from us. I believe they show we were reasonably polite. We even offered to give you free seeds which I think is nice.

Hi Keith,

I am sorry if you did not get the answers you were looking for. We're short staffed this week and training someone new and this is also busy week due to being beginning of Spring.
Your order did have a backordered item, Northern Lights. It was a very short backorder and your seeds shipped today. I sent our girl to post office about 30 minutes ago. So this is resolved.
As far as promotional items, we do not have any in stock right now but we do do them for giveaways from time to time. Usually mugs or hats. I will be getting more made up soon, probably after the release of a few new strains we have been working on which will be coming out over the next 2-3 weeks.

We can give you free seeds if you are promoting us. Need your address to send seeds to, which strain you want to feature, and where you plan to mention us.

Dr Seeds and I are 90mins from each other in location, I paid for express shipping.
Dr Seeds likes to promote the Artwork and Tins,
Dr Seeds should have more stickers and less excuses!
(It's spring, we're busy making mad money and can't afford to keep up with the stickers)
