Hi I'm new here just started an autoflower grow ( Auto kong 4 ). This is my second grow and have germinated using the paper towel method and straight into (FINAL) pots as autos don't like to be transplanted. I started them straight under 2 600w lights and kept them as far away as possible to not burn them but close enough so they all get good light. A couple are starting to stretch a little (will post pics soon as I'm going to start a grow journal, I think that's what people do here?) So i lowered the lights a little .. Any way my question is.. can i bury these stretched auto stems Slightly with a bit more soil WITHOUT transplanting as there already In there final pots and I don't wanna stress them out or mess up completely. Thanks in advance! (pics to follow)

Yes you can, I have done it many times with stretched stems, good luck

If you can bury stems if you were transplanting then surely you can just bury them if you've already started autos in the final pot? How far should I keep these 600w lights from the top? I currently have them about 60cm away. Shall I go lower? I do have an intake blowing cool air in and a clip on fan (getting new oscillating fan tomorrow) between the lights and plants temps are 28 lights on 40% humidity (jumps up to 50 % when I hang wet towels in there

I took some pictures today is that light burn on the first picture? Also the last picture the seedling doesn't look very happy, it's the only one that took a while to pop out of its seed resulting in the leafs looking curly and deformed. Shall I raise the lights more? There currently 45 cm above canopy level. It can't be nute burn as I'm only feeding them water at the moment? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

What soil/perlite are you using?

How much water and is it PH'd

What light? 45cm is a little over 17 inch, check manufacturer for recommended distance from seeding (a lot of LED need to be 30 inches from seedling).

At that stage 4 oz of water morning and night in circles around the seedling. Using a large pot on a small seedling it's easy to over water and cause probs.
