New LED different veg spectrum?

What the hell is this craziness? I've been running a single Vispar 600 for 70 days now on 4 WW fem , with my narrow grow space I decided I needed another one, I went with this bestva 600 budget led, good reviews and the two chip feature seemed good to me, any way hook it up and it's veg spec is Red and the Vispar us blue... WTH??

NVM lol some dumb ass at the factory wired the damn thing backwards!
 
Chinese workers on a crazy tight schedule make a lot of mistakes. You get what you pay for ;)

Anyway turn everything on from seed/clone to harvest, more light is better :)

I thought about that what could it hurt to run them all, flipped through your revenge grow, that was awesome! You know more about lighting than GE!
