My flower is about 2 weeks till harvest but on the upper parts of some buds there are little green new young leafs that appeared and i don't know if this is normal. Can anyone tell me if this is a good or bad sign?

Picture would help.. Could be a light stress reaction where she starts foxtailing..
Send some pics. Could be foxtails or revegging or normal.
How is your timer and dark cycle?
Any chance she could be revegging?
Post a couple pics my friend.

If it is a single leaf then probably nothing out of the ordinary.
But since you mention 2 weeks until harvest and that it looks like several or many leaves I have to believe that it is what some call a "foxtail". As mentioned a photograph would help us see what you are seeing so take a picture.
After posting the photo do a search of the message board for messages that contain the word "foxtail".

Here are the pics of two buds. You can see some little leaves that sprouted on the upper parts of the buds. Didn't know anything about foxtailing but now i can say that the light was too close. Maybe this is the cause. I don't know if it's revegging. Any thoughts? The light cycle is 12/12 and i use a 400HPS at 30cm distance.

It's just a few sugar leaves protruding.
Absolutely nothing to worry about.
You still have a little time left before harvest.
Keep feeding till you chop, she is terrific

Looks like the start of a new smaller bud starting to grow. Easy to see in the second photo. As some call them, a "foxtail".
Nothing to worry about plus you are definitely getting closer to harvest. There are those who figure that these are just more bud to have when it comes to harvest time.
