Looking good, but as AngryBird said, not quite there yet.

I have never grown an autoflower before, but I would not have been able to resist either topping it or LSTing it.

Yep its nearly there now.
I wil start a new journal soon . just planted 1 ultra violet. wil top it once and try to scrog.
I did the same with 1 jh before but it died in 2 nights from

Maybe some bad seed becouse i did everything the same as the other plant..

I wouldn't say bad seeds at all. It looks more like a fungal disease like root rot. Try using a search engine for possible causes and what ever you do, don't use that soil again until you are certain of the problem.

hi. thank you. that soil is the same as the soil i have planted before. could it be damaged somehow then? becouse i just planted 1 in the same. also i checked my pot and there werent any roots at all not even rotted just clean soil.

Trust me, it would not have been able to reach the stage it was before it died if it had no roots. I would say you have two possible causes - a fungal infection (I wouldn't be surprised if root rot were the issue that you would find no trace of the roots as the roots would be very delicate and rot down to be indistinguishable from the surrounding soil) or a pest infestation such as nematodes. I avoid these issues by growing full hydro in expanded clay pellets.

From Wikipedia:
Depending on the species, a nematode may be beneficial or detrimental to plant health. From agricultural and horticulture perspectives, the two categories of nematodes are the predatory ones, which will kill garden pests like cutworms and corn earworm moths, and the pest nematodes, like the root-knot nematode, which attack plants, and those that act as vectors spreading plant viruses between crop plants.

When you say you are using the same soil, do you been reusing the same soil? Because I meant do not reuse that soil in which the plant died.

oh no i dont mean reuse i mean the same type of soil.
But is that fungal my fault somehow no idea what i did wrong.
Really dont want this again and i wil check out that hydro systems if they sell it here. maybe more easy.

Root rot is often associated with over watering and hot and humid conditions, but I suggest you do some research yourself on the subject. That way you'll be able to better judge the problem and find the best solution for yourself. Good luck.

As for the hydro, I am using a 10 litre reservoir with a plastic crate on top and a small submersible pump with a drip feed system. It's very cheap to set up and gives you greater control than soil.

To be honest, I am an outdoor grower from way back and I'm actually doing my first indoor hydro grow. You can check it out in my journal, My Mystery Indica Reveg

Today was harvest day. 8 weeks in flower. i stil feel it could go longer but my patience ran out lol.
also i snooped about 10 grams while growing. so add that up to the weight.
Next time il do some training in a new journal. No idea how much the dry weight is but im guessing about 40 grams.
I did my best with trimming. Overal i feel comphy to say i didnt do a bad job for the first time. here are some pics.
